GENERAL RETURNS PROCEDURE

  1. DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) or faulty with-in 28 days of purchase from Dashcam.ie.

IMPORTANT

Unit Faults: must be returned in as new conditions with all accessories, mapping,packing and access codes.

Accessories Faults: you must only return the faulty accessories and NOT the whole unit.

Missing parts: If there are missing parts from the purchase the customer should contact the manufacturer direct using the standard customer service/returns number. 
The manufacturer can confirm exactly which part is missing and get a new part sent direct to the customer.

Notes

  1. Returned items are for replacement/repair only.
  2. Items with N.F.F. (no fault found) will incur a handling and delivery charge (35 euro).
  3. Buyer must post faulty unit to us at there expense for warranty claims in Ratfarnham Dublin 16.
